The CartCaddyHD cart mover is a heavy-duty battery powered mover designed to push, pull, or maneuver carts or equipment up to 50,000 pounds.

 

The CartCaddyHD is the heavy-duty upgrade to the CartCaddy5WP. More weight over the drive tires increases traction, allowing the powered mover to push and pull heavier loads

Applications of the Cart Mover

One of the most common applications of the CartCaddyHD mover is the cart with two straight casters and two front swivel casters. When attached to the swivel caster, the CartCaddyHD dolly mover provides the pushing and pulling power that is necessary for easy turning and smooth maneuvering with the cart mover.

Benefits of the Cart Mover

The CartCaddyHD battery powered mover offers a variable speed twist grip, giving the cart the ability to move in forward and reverse directions from 0-3 mph, allowing the operator to move the cart mover smoothly, but it also protects workers from getting carpal tunnel syndrome.

 

The electric lift option and customized attachment eliminate the need for fabricating multiple attachments for each cart or piece of equipment. The CartCaddyHD's mover arm rises and lowers, attaching it firmly to the bottom of any cart. After the arm is firmly attached to your cart or equipment, the cart mover can pivot a full 180 degrees under the arm. This feature allows an operator to turn the CartCaddyHD mover without jackknifing the cart.
