VIDEO: CarCaddy Vehicle Puller 12K Easily Relocates Vehicles up to 12,000 lbs.

The CarCaddy Vehicle Puller 12K allows one person to safely and easily relocate vehicles up to 12,000 lbs. (5,443 kg). The unit is easy to operate and maneuver in tight spaces. It is a perfect solution for auto repair shops, vehicle testing facilities, dealerships and car museums. In short, improve your business’s efficiency by transporting heavy vehicles with minimal effort. Hydraulic arms allow for safe loading without causing damage to the bumper or body of the vehicle. To operate:
  1. First, align the unit to face the vehicle’s front tires.
  2. Then adjust the roller arms to be parallel to the wheels.

Before you came to DJP, what did you do? Any relevant industry experiences?

After graduation, my family bought a supper club on a lake nearby. We had it for about 5 years and then my parents retired. I then went to work as a bartender for a few different establishments in the area. I did that for several years then  went to work at a call center and eventually became the site manager. I have tons of experience in customer service but never worked within an industry such as that of DJ Products.  Our WasteCaddy manager is exceptionally knowledgeable on our products and is amazing at teaching us the ins-and-outs of the product and ensures we continue to have the confidence in being able to help every customer with their waste moving needs.

What would you describe as your specialty/specialties and why?

I take great pride in providing our customers with top-notch customer experience.

What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at DJ Products?

I love the company and what it stands for and  am honored and proud to work at DJ Products. Being able to assist our customers with a safe solution to move heavy waste containers is extremely rewarding. I love working with the WasteCaddy team. I could not have asked for better team members than the ones I have.

What do you like to do in your free time?    

Spend time with family, campfires, BBQ’s, playing around with refurbishing things and making stuff out of woods such as signs and things.

Title: Production Manager

Responsibilities: 

Managing all the shop employees in the assembly area, QC dept., crating dept. and warehouse.  I also oversee the welding and work closely with our welding manager.  One of my main responsibilities is to keep the flow of product running through the shop to keep our lead times as low as possible and also to ensure we have quality products shipping out to our customers.

Can you explain your role?

My main role is to process the orders the sales reps send in. I ensure these are sent to our shop employees to be built within the anticipated lead times and then sent to the QC dept for inspection and finally shipping.

How long have you worked at DJP? 

22 years.

Before you came to DJP, what did you do? Any relevant industry experiences?

I started working here part-time during my last year of college and then started up full-time after I graduated.  Before this, I worked at a golf course in the pro shop.

What would you describe as your specialty/specialties and why?

I think my specialty is working with all the different departments in the company to help produce quality products that our customers love.

What’s your favorite thing about your job or working at DJ Products?

I think my favorite thing about working at DJ Products is working with all the departments in helping create, build and sell an amazing product.  I have a wonderful group of people I am lucky to manage who are masters at their craft and truly take pride in their work and what kind of product we ship out.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I have four children so a lot of my free time after work is spent with them and my fiancé.  We love to go camping on the weekends, take the boat out in the summer, go four wheeling and ice fishing.  I also love to grill and BBQ.

Favorite T.V. Shows? 

I watch a lot of realty shows like “Life Below Zero”, “Diners Drive-In’s and Dives”, and “BBQ Pitmasters.” I also love to watch just about all sports on TV.
